Hi everyone, Autumn is already here, and we are all focused on succeeding the last quarter of the year. To help you keep the motivation high we launched an ama(lia)zing feature: Leaderboards and Challenges 🥇. Also we now integrate with more than 20 different HR system that will auto-sync your Directory and let you create HR exports 🔗 Finally, we improved Statement templates, created PDF exports and launched our new Help Docs 😎 Let's go!
Leaderboards are a great tool to improve motivation, promote transparency, and boost engagement. It will let you track your sales team's metrics and overall performance to keep your teams going 🚀On Amalia you will be able to configure any leaderboard based on any relevant performance indicator, as target reach 🎯. You will have a progress-tracking bar graphs as well as performance rankings. You will be able to display multiple KPIs at once.
Last, you can turn the leaderboard as a challenge with a Bonus at the end 💸
We added more than 20 different integrations as ADP, Workday, Sage, Bamboo, Personio,... With our native integration to HR System, you can now choose employees you want to sync in Amalia, they will be imported in company directory) 🔄
On top, we are now able to export HR fields as Team, Territory, HR unique identifier,... in your custom reports. That will help your HR Team to save time and avoir manual errors on updating Payslips ⏩
You can now show any KPI on the Statement summary. For example you can choose to show Target Reach instead of the Total Commission. This is useful when you want to focus on performance instead of commission 😉
Also you are now able to hide by default certain KPIs, this useful when you need to save the information for further usage (metrics, insights, reports,...) but don't want to show it to your rep.
We introduced a new export option in PDF. If you need to sign the statement with your reps at the end of the period, pdf are the appropriate format for that 🖋️
We just finished our help docs. That will help you find any more autonomy in managing.
